The Frito corn salad is freaking amazing! We make it at home but we use frozen corn. It is SO GOOD! So refreshing on a hot day. Taste so much better than canned. And yes, add the Fritos right before serving. The Fritos honey barbecue twist are amazing in it as well!

OMG when I lived in Naples, Fla there was an Italian Pizzeria that used to get lines of people around the block! One of my favourite things to eat there was (a combo of 2 things really) Roasted Garlic Pasta (Bow Ties) with a Cesar Salad ! It was so Authentically Italian that the flavours were just Primo!! I could have ordered a million fancy things, but I was so in love with this combo that I was hooked! It's been so long, I had forgotten!

No way soggy Doritos and Fritos taste good….just use the them to scoop it up or crush them up in a separate bowl I get wanting the crunch but maybe add tomatoes and red pepper…I love tomatoes I couldn’t imagine leaving them out and surely makes the taste different

You've given me some good ideas, as add-in to my 2-ingredient, plus dressing, macaroni tuna salad. The dressing is miracle whip and sugar. That's it, couldn't be easier! I love making a big bowl of it, if my husband is out of town. I'll eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but am now thinking of adding frozen peas, just blanched. I'm the type of person who won't eat, if I don't have food that is easy to prepare, or made ahead, if my husband isn't home. So, having the big macaroni/tuna fish salad made up, makes it easy for me to eat a little better.

WOW, they look so good. For the taco pasta salad try mayo and salsa ( I like peach or mango in it too) and taco seasoning for your dressing. It will soak into the pasta if you make it the day before, so have extra dressing ready in the frig. to add if need be. You can buy peach or mango salsa dip in the chip aisle. Not a lot of mango or peach, but enough to give it a little sweetness. I sure am going to try these, but not all in one day LOL. Thanks for testing them all out.

Kim, for your cutting boards, clean it real good, wipe it off then let it completely dry..then cover both sides real good with mineral oil, set them on a cookie sheet over night. Use warm water and wipe extra oil off, rub rest in best you can wipe rest into the wood best you can..it’s done, should be good to go for a while. I do my cutting boards 2 times a year. Can’t use oils that made with food or it will get rancid,,,Rexall mineral oil is

Corn belle. Equal amounts, sharp Cheese, boiled potato & onion diced to kernel size. Add a can of corn. Add chopped cilantro. Also green onion if you wish. Serve with aloo bhujia spiced noodles & crushed salted chips

@@scenteddragronflywithmichelle in the salad I put pasta, cucumbers, red onion, fresh parsley, chives and lettuce but you could use anything celery, red peppers ? The sauce is mayo based but I use half Greek yogurt (keep down those calories) dill, celery salt, chicken seasoning,garlic powder, tomato powder, salt and pepper it is delicious xx just a little tip if you are meal prepping keep the lettuce out as it goes soggy xx just serve it on the lettuce when you are ready to eat xx

On the Dorito salad, instead of using the ranch dressing, mix Greek yogurt with Fiesta Ranch seasoning mix. It adds an amazing flavor. I started using it in my taco dip and people went nuts for it. It would add that kick you mentioned!

Hi Kim get an Air Fryer with the rotisserie function, its like a little oven, you will never buy a rotisserie chicken from Costco again, and I have a small dog who loves chicken and she was trying to climb the kitchen cabinets to get to it as it was cooking lol smells amazing, or can you get a rotisserie attachment for your outdoor grill. xoxox

they look fab, the pinenuts with parmesan and basil was basically pestosauce ;-) and Worcestershire sauce is also anchovies for those that don't know..fermented fishies ;-) enjoy! the Ceasar for me could have done with more chicken or a tin of tuna. dopn't think I've ever had chicken in a tin, must investigate if we have them, seems you got some of your energy back, I;m glad to see that
