I love that you're on a first name basis with Sal-isbury steak! Always fun to watch you do just about anything .. your sense of humor will get you through even the tough times. BTW they say to put only about two inches of water in the pot to cook corn, cover and it's done when you can smell it. That's just what they say! (Did you ever wonder who "they" are?)

Hi!! For the Birria in Mexico we use beef shank, from the leg of the cow, the one that is used for osobuco in Italy, We also used for beef broth or “Cocido” with vegetables like a soup, this cut is really soft and has bone so the flavor is supreme!!! And I don’t eat meat hahahahaha well I like it but my body doesn’t so… I highly recommend it. Have a great week! 🐄

I watch every video on KZbin at 2x speed because a• I got no time to spare and b• I love it 😛 Kim's videos are my FAV to watch at 2x speed because that is exactly the energy I perceive she has that allows her to nurture a baby in her belly, balance one on her hip WHILE cooking 5 dishes at once by only dirtying 3 dishes at most and spending time with the rest of the kiddos simulataneously 🤣 I binged on her Meal Prep playlist, Holiday Cook with Me playlist and just finished watching all of Wads for Dinner videos yesterday.. the fact that I KNOW where the Huli Huli chicken is from is proof of that 😂

I literally hate stuck on messes so much that I've thrown away crockpots before, yes, that's me. The liner is lift and toss and then you can just wipe down the crock, if that's even needed. Works so well and now I use my crockpot a lot more. :) I'm definitely making the beef recipe! Hubby is diabetic so we do sugar free everything. Looks amazing!

I love watching you and your cooking vids are some of my favorites! A tip on the scale - when you turn it on, you have to give it a moment to set to zero. Then put your plate on the scale, touch the tare button, and wait for it to zero out again before placing your meat on to see the weight. It looked like you forgot to wait for it to zero out so you just got the same reading. And that looks like a great scale! We need to be neighbors! You forget eggs and I’m always buying them! I just bought 3 dozen yesterday! And I live alone!! 😂😂 If we were neighbors, you could always come borrow!
