Hello my brothers & sisters who love Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 I was very fortunate to get to explore much of this amazingly beautiful country last year & since I'm a big time foodie, I made sure to try a variety of different yummy options from haggis to burgers to curry chicken pizza to gourmet waffles and delicious shortbread cake. These places all look so good, and I’m REALLY glad that there is going to be an Ethiopian spot, cause I LOVE Ethiopian food. There’s a good sized district for it where I live now, and it’s a favorite comfort food cuisine. ^.^ But that gelato place, and the bakery! And I’ll make sure that book store is on my list too! I’d love to see about what kinds of food carts show up just for the festivals, though, if that’s an idea I could throw out there?
