I love the fact that all the baths have shower bath combos. Parents with young children, tubs are more convenient for bathing them than showers.

PLEASE! START SHOWING THE FLOOR PLAN!!! I love this first home. I just wish they did transom doors and windows in all main rooms so they went to the ceiling. Also wish tiles went to the ceilings in the bathrooms. The inset cabinets are gorgeous! I would repaint with a warm white in all rooms expect dining/study. Great to see lots of closest space…esp the WIR’s.

Your channel stands out because you take your time and show every element of the houses. I saw a house on instagram saw the builder and found your channel. You were literally the only one to show so much detail. Keep up the good work. One thing I will add in some houses the ceilings have details no one ever shows that. I do like how you suggest other options buyers can consider if they purchase. Pointing out things other agents overlook is key to standing out. I am out of state but looking to purchase details matter.

I’m enjoying these homes just as I enjoy the homes in Texas. 🤗 I’ve been missing in action as far as watching your incredible videos. Forgive me. 😇 As usual I like how you show the homes. Tennessee is close to my home state Illinois 👍🏾 & these are some beautiful homes. I still love my single story homes, but 2 stories are good too, especially if I can get an elevator.

Number 3 the outside is beautiful. The fireplace would look better with stone, just my preference.i love the sliding doors on inside.nuber 5 white with 3 car garage wow the outside was great the layout not so much😢.
