Sorry Ashley...I just can't agree on your pleated pants position...pleated pants are classic and can give a vintage look paired with the right sweater or shirt. I wear both flat front and pleats...depending on the vibe I want to pull off that particular day...its simply a great option.

Totally agree. A nice pair of tailored single pleated pants with a cuff hem looks beautiful. Look over at suit supply, and you will realize they do that on more than half of their Havana suits.

I mean, she clarified they're for stretching on your yoga mat or "working from home." She's not suggesting you go to work, college, or a date in sweats. I'm wearing a pair of joggers right now, which are essentially glorified sweatpants. I wouldn't wear them out and about, but at home, with no visitors today, there's not really an issue for me. If you're somebody who wants to eschew sweats and joggers at all times good for you, but for most of us it's just not really necessary. If you're on your knees in the dirt working on your garden, you ideally shouldn't be dressed for the office.

LOL, i used to habe chinos in khakis, navy, olive, brown and grey.... But in current state i live , security wear navy chino, vale and waiter wear khakis chino, Boy Scouts wear brown chino, highschool boys wear grey chinos and janitor wear grey chinos.... So i throw them all and buy black chino instead 😂😂😂

Black chinos are versatile. Depends on the cut. I wear a pair of black loose fit black chinos. Loose, straight or wide fit trousers are popular in Korea. People dress well in Korea.

Black chinos look great with a formal dress shirt or a blazer. They are useful to have for funerals. You would only look like a waiter if you're wearing an apron. If you add a black top you will look like a bartender. But what's wrong with that?

I uave a question Ashley. Would the more sleeker cargo pants with the cargo pockets designed to be flat and inside the pants be ok? The pockets aren't outside the pants and aren't baggy. They are built with a chino fit and have the pockets, although they have function, are more for aesthetics. It helps to give a field/nature aesthetic mixed with city/downtown look.

I still love black chino (pair it with Punk belt or "White Belt" and don't tucked your Black Shirts) maybe I grew up in Punk,Emo, Metalcore Culture so Im fine still use Black Chino, maybe pair it with brown belt it's ok but I wear it with untucked Shirts and maybe add some Chain Accessories in your Black Chino make u feel like a Rockstars

agree to disagree about the black chinos! In more creative fields, black is a clothing staple, and slim fit black chinos can help you rock that look. But yeah - don't dress like a waiter. Use some common sense - i.e., don't wear khaki chinos and a red polo at Target :-)
