This is an interview that i took at my last 10 day VIPASSANA MEDITATITON retreat at the Java island, Indonesia. Since my very first 10 day retreat i had an idea in my mind to share this beautiful experience with you! And then i thought: what is just my experience comparing to experience of few different people? So i decided to make short interview with three questions: why you came for VIPASSANA MEDITATION, what benefits you've got from this practice and would you ever attend one more course again?
As you can see from it, all of these people got similar benefits from this practice: they've lost most of their anxiety, became more positive and calm. If you're looking for that kind of changes in your life - maybe it's time to find 10 days of your life to change it completely? Be happy!
