Stick with the people who pull the magic out of you and not the madness🤔 We must learn who are gold and simply gold plated!!! Because having good people around us is key, because a tree grows its best when it is supported at its Roots!! 🌳 Your circle should not be people who become jealous when they see people Prospering, they should be people who are so focused on Prospering themselves they don’t have time to think about anyone else!!📈

To let everyone know: he said he will drop it in 3 weeks at the beginning of this week when he replied to someone's comment. The second thing is he only uploads interviews on Thursdays/Fridays so don't waste your time checking everyday

If it said that in the interview teaser I'd respect that... I just rewatched it to make sure I'm not being a dick and missed that but it says nothing about 3 weeks. It's just a teaser with coming soon at the end

Great video and very advisory for even managing directors, founders and even directors down the hierarchy - bottom line: don't become too complacent or relaxed when you're at top position but still care for business and people growth in a business. Much appreciated as always Patrick!

Speaking of Directors -- Howard Schultz was just a Director of Marketing at Starbucks.. Back in the day he wanted Starbucks to transition to selling espressos rather than just selling coffee gear and beans... The original Starbucks founders refused to change their code business model, so Howard got frustrated, quit, and then partnered with outside investors and bought his former company.. and today is a billionaire... another type of scandal which sinks CEOs is when they promote illegal activities and are caught (like they purposefully cook the books). Thanks for the video :)

You can apply what you learn about CEO failures as lower-level employees. The concept is getting and giving attention to areas that are valuable that should be parallel to corporate culture and corporate responsibilities. THINK BIG! STAY MOTIVATED! KEEP HUSTLING! I enjoy your content, Patrick. Thank you for the gold.

Painfully correct video Pat....I founded a health food startup back in 2008 from the proverbial basement, grew it to $20 million annual turnover on hustling and working 25/8, but.....I failed to recognize that while I was a great startup CEO - hustling/fighting/building/breaking until there actually was "a company" to talk of - I didn't have the (people) skills to take a startup from $20m to $200. In doing so I lost the trust of my team and was "invited to resign" soon after by the board. Financially the exit wasn't too bad I guess, but the reality-check was brutal :)

What happened to Tom Ellsworth??
@ovidiupop6042
@ovidiupop6042 5 жыл бұрын
Dear Team Valuetainment, in the last 9 months the Valuetainment weekly lessons have achieve a few problems: 1. The presentation of these lessons has become more russhed because the amount of information is way too bulky. In 2016 and 2017 the way that the lessons were given is by explanations and understanding with clear ideas. The increased speed of narration unclears the ideas and the majority of the viewers are not getting the proper value of the lesson. 2. The massive amount of notes on the black board are complicating the main points of these lessons. Since the 2019 begun when this amount of information was added to the table I realised that the lessons are going to have a change that is going to unclear the majority of the content and leave it there without any edits. 3. The lenght of the videos is constantly lower because of the time you have in your hands and that makes me curious: Why the principle of the lenght of the video with a lot of value, from the lesson "How to make your content go viral", was not implemented as regurarly as was in the 2016 episodes? The short duration of these videos hurts the potential of the principals and the meaning. In conclusion. See, you could ignore my critique about this video and the previous ones and continue "the show" or you could slow down the presentation, simplify the ideas and increase the duration and then the content will be excelent, just in my opinion, because I don't know the honest general opinion of the viewers. All I ask for you is to remake this video and if this massage gets attention I will name all the videos with these mistakes. Signet: Ovidiu Pop

This cancel culture is so insanely toxic. You rarely get fired for robbing the company blind or running it into the ground. But if you misspeak, or even state ONE thing inarticulately. You are gone. This explains screwed up priorities, lack of risk and the drying up talent pool.
