I've tried growing them here in SoFlo growing zone 10, but I always manage to kill them, or they grow leggy and barely flower. What could I be doing wrong? This year, I'm going to try to grow them in the ground. Maybe I'll do better🙈🤷🏻‍♀️. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance ❤

In my garden they grow like weeds and are everywhere 😅 They don't like too much direct sun exposure, especially not combination with extreme heat. Keep the soil slightly moist and don't let it dry out for too long. They do prefer a Sandy, slightly alkaline soil that is rich and well drained. (But they usually grow well in pretty much any type of soil) As for them being too leggy with barely any flowers: There might be too much nitrogen in your soil. You can fix this with a good layer of mulch which absorbs nitrogen. Mulch also helps with heat and water drainage/evaporation. Hope this helps 👍
