The hinges at the mirror is too tight. Properly need to do some adjustments on the screws there.

Hihi, my doors are from Pd Doors! If I nv rmb wrong the transparent one is $580, the common toilet one is $390.

They are from Japan! Specifically made for the switch and walls! It doesn’t peel off easily

Dear, I am getting my BTO soon. In your video, your item 4, it seems quite subjective. For my case, I feel hiding the cables down the table and then use the "cable orgainzer", my current flat built in study table have a small hole to run the able to the power socket. Imho, the planning for new BTO is very tiring. I am not using any ID, because all design for BTO = copy and paste and all co-ordination work mostly are done by owners. ps: your voice is very alluring.... did you use filter to make it so ....?

Cement screed for 4 room bto should cost no more than $2000 no?

@@gabbynatsuki you might have been overcharged. Doubt screed + Vinyl can cost more than OCS + vinyl overlay

My 3 bedrooms already cost $2000+ to cement screed. $4000 is around there. Reno prices are high now
