I am absolutely agree with Beckman's bounty. Shanks crew have the highest average bounties, Shanks bounty and Rockstar, the newest member, bounty 94million makes the average around 2 Billion, but Rockstars bounty might be higher by and Beckman is the right hand man of Shanks. The most average bounty of straw hats currently is around 800million and Luffy's right hand man has 1111million. *Calculating all of this we can say that Beckman, his bounty might be really High as close to Luffy's bounty, i.e. 3billion*

With Dragon there's always a chance his bounty is lower because they want to keep a lot of his stuff quiet because his commanders all have ridiculously low bounties as well

They are not quite at all, from the reactions of people during Garp telling Luffy about Dragon, it's pretty obvious that most people know him as a heinous criminal, so there is no reason for the government to hide his bounty.

@concentratedH2O well that may be true but also they might have released a glossed over, pro-Celestial Dragon view of things and excluding certain details like what's happening in Marie Jois and also like Luffy who's bounty of 3 billion should be way higher for defeating Kaido even if it was a team effort. They gave Luffy the same as Law and Kid but made him yonko and with Dragon they probably gave him a lower bounty than the should but hyped him up as the world's worst criminal as well to make people take the government's side rather than see him as a hero as they do with Sabo now
