I mean, if you go to jail they are allowed to use your past crimes as evidence of a pattern of behavior. Reporting a debit card purchase as fraud when you knowingly purchased it is a straight up crime. Its fair game to use in court and say you are a criminal/liar. The woman who is suing McGregor had her home raided by three men in balaclavas earlier this year. She was at home the time with her child and her partner. The men broke in (breaking windows as they did so), came up the stairs, and Nikita's partner started ushering them back down. He (the partner) got stabbed in the abdomen, was taken to hospital with non life threatening injuries. Gardai (police) arrived and advised Nikita to leave the home for her own safety. Gardai investigation is ongoing. No arrests have been made. Another woman who alleges she was assaulted by McG on a yacht off Ibiza had a court case pending in Dublin. She had bricks put through her windows and her car was torched. After the second attack on her property, she dropped the court case. A criminal investigation into the alleged assault in ongoing in Spain, and Gardai are investigating the damage to her property. No arrests have been made. A person could minded to think McG is involved in witness intimidation. and if all the witnesses in this trial are being entirely honest.

@@6_00pmm I think so too. It's seen as prejudicial to the current civil lawsuit. but I think it's really important that people are aware of this. When this current case is over (sometime this week, maybe tomorrow), I think this needs to be discussed. The man appears to have an MO, and it's an issue of public safety at this point. No one, man or woman, should go out on benders with him or put themselves in any sort of a vulnerable position.

Seems like it, but the only question is if Conor Irish gang connections coerced or bullied her "friend" into making a false statement plus Conor's erratic past behaviors, like punching that old guy in the bar, makes him look like an awful person, which is very possibly enhanced by booze and cocaine. Also, I believe her "friend" was more of Conor's friend than hers.
