You haven't worked with any DV cases obviously. Hardly any resul.t in criminal charges. Its act5ually more likely to end in the woman being murdered than a conviction for DV. The burden of proof is much higher if you even get your case in front of a judge, first you have to get a police officer to do their job and actually investigate, and then deem enough proof to even submit the case to counsell. This is the fastest way to have a case actually heard in a court room, criminal charges will likely follow. It seems like you didn't listen to anything in the video.

Sounds civil so that tells me no, the police didn't find enough to bring charges. If they did, the prosecutor dropped them because they didn't have a strong enough case. Let's see if it settles. @ This is a civil case, but sometimes civil cases like this leads to a police investigation and eventually criminal charges. We don’t know if that’s happened yet. Look at the Diddy case. That also started with allegations in civil lawsuits. If they are investigating, they’ll likely keep it quiet.
