Earth is your training partner in this exercise. Gravity itself will pull you down as you lift up and support heaven. The air you breath will store Qi into the body during the Yin cycle, and the Yang cycle will put it to use. Listen to your body and let it lead you. Your breathing cycles will set the rhythm, as you look sensitize yourself to the stillness aspects in the movement. Each repetition will cultivate new, fresh, and compounded energy that can be felt hours later after training.
