I would also offer you to create fast, healthy recipes, bc every time i cook....at least 90 minutes or more! Now i can barely stand bc of all the pain! Im looking forward to those videos! Thank you 😊

I talk about food a lot bc a lot of people don’t tell survivors about this. I had to figure this out on my own and thankfully by the grace of God realized I had to make food changes so I didn’t suffer another stroke and 8 years later I never had suffered another one.

Thank you very much. I would love to see menus that prevent inflammation as I am on a medication that makes me gain weight. Nothing but this medication helps with the pain in my Hemiplegic arm.

I'm down about 48 pounds since covid & found a couple things that really help for me. First is getting a good workout& bringing my heartrate up nicely by walking in the gym's pool using water resistance gear (aquastrength max strength since I'm walking not swimming). Second is get a big tub of low fat cottage cheese from costco or something & mix in something like a teaspoon of flavor (ie etochow, peanut butter chocolate & coffee based variants work better than fruit ones IME). You can also add a lot of flavor to scrambled eggs by using something like rosemary or lemon infused olive oil instead of the usual milk or water. :D Taking a fiber supplement like psyllium husk will help with hunger & give some of the fiber lacking from a more keto leaning diet too :D

"You can't run off a bad diet". The fat on your body is made in your liver from excess glycogen and its storage is regulated by insulin so if you eat your calories as foods that don't increase insulin you will not store fat, i.e. stay off carbohydrates which all raise blood sugar and hence insulin. Loosing weight is 9/10 what you et and 1/10 how much you eat or how much you burn.

I shy , I’m not at full recovery but its been only 16 months and fairly severe. Lucky I have been active before, but I do believe in diet and can’t imagine how hard it would be to have been over weight. I worked for a weightloss clinic in the past and have always wanted to do a cookbook. I think I might have a calling to write a cookbook and share some delicious recipes.❤❤
