Look at him loving his Vicks inhaler stick!! ;) And the cute way he says 'alaDEEN pants' ;) we know them as Ah-Lad-din pants. I follow all his tips and I feel so much better for it. Riding my "Bio"-Bike to go to work each day, Yoga, some little workout every second day (around 10min), Walking in the forest and doing some hikes, taking as much and often as Possible the stairs and healthy food is my Routine to stay fit and healthy. I lost more than 30kg of weight. Sometimes I still feel uncomfortable because of my pear-shaped Body but Most of the time...I'm fine with it

I feel you. My late teens and 20’s I felt always tired and sick… I changed my lifestyle and ate more water rich foods daily. Now I’m in my mid 30’s and it feels amazing! I feel like I’m 10… in a good way 😂 Now once I finish school, I will be helping others feel the same way. Very rewarding job. Love that others are promoting this too! Thanks for the video 😁

I love that these are a combination of "so simple you can do it in your own space" to "a bit more complicated, you might have to go somewhere". The variety means there's something for everyone, and it actually feels obtainable, not just something an influencer shows us for a payout. 💜

Sauna will add years to your life! I used to do stretches on the Skytrain in Vancouver. With the movement and holding to the poles, it helped heal a back problem I had😅 I'm bothered when it's-20C and can't go for a walk (the wind can be brutal here in Québec by the river)

Aki, it would be great if you could make a video about your yoga routine, for example the shoulder area, especially for moms with children or people who have to sit a lot, that would be so helpful P.S. I also take a cold shower and since then my susceptibility to colds has improved enormously with seasonal changes etc. I started it because of good blood flow, but I didn't expect this "side effect" :))

oh that's not good at all… They say dogs can sense stress hormones in humans, like cortisol. Perhaps they won't chase you if you are more relaxed and less scared if them
@ppnovoirАй бұрын
One tip I would like to give you as someone who has a reactive dog. Please, pleaaseeee ignore their presence like the plague wherever you walk. If they are barking or growling, whichever form of sound at you, prioritize to calm your heart. Don’t make eye contact at all times haha, now if they are intently looking at you, stay still to calm your heart and walk away without turning your back at them if you got to see them in front of you, not behind you until you get to a corner of the street. Walking as if I didn’t see them is the action I do the most. While they are going to try sniffing you, and they probably will since it’s them trying to acknowledge someone in their territory, just W A L K aaaaaaa can’t emphasize it enough. Now, if you’re really scareddd, try to investigate or analyze how each dog behaves so you can know which to watch out for in the foreseeable future.
@Epiphonus9Ай бұрын
Pepper gel or a stungun could protect you from the dogs and some other residents of your neighborhood.

One habit I do that I've noticed improve my own life is going outside during breaks during the day. The sun rises at 9.30am and sets at 2.30pm here during the winter, so that small bit of sunlight really does make a difference!

Some of daily habits that keep me in shape are having morning ritual, cold showers, and what might sound new to you is having lemon water every morning mixed with honey.
