Thing is, I don't KNOW about the early stages because I started paying attention at synchronicities. I still didn't know what was happening. Now, my spirit guides are training me in cool different things. this is more descriptive of a general spiritual awakening process which is so beautiful and well done with that however a kundalini awakening is more of a specific practice that focuses on working directly with your kundalini energy. this can simply be accessed through body movement and or kundalini yoga. the goal is to physically open the energy using circular movements that begin at the base or seat of the body and working your way up the body. combined with third eye focus and breathe work simultaneously, the process occurs instantly when all of these aspects are actively in motion simultaneously. the energy shoots right up the spine and out of the crown chakras.this produces a state of enlightenment and overall physical release and relief of any tension or blocked energy. a great yoga practice is by Gurumuk, kundalini yoga. 45 minutes and you are there.there are no stages. the stages presented here are more so aligned with a general spiritual awakening. usually the spiritual awakening occurs first, and on this journey you may want to explore activating your kundalini energy. a more clear title for this video would be 8 stages of spiritual awakening. bravo for communicating that beautifully. i share this with honor and love for all. namaste

Going through trauma and over coming indoctrination of the pentecostal faith lead me to my spiritual awakening. The deception runs deep! We had kundalini awakenings in church so it was hard to over come! But it was my time to wake up and live out my true purpose and destiny! Thank you, I'm somewhere between 7 and 8 ATM. I had no idea I was this far along the journey. Incredible. The energy was constantly in my head for about 5 days, but through Nadi Shoddi, I've managed to balance my lower chakras. I'm defo vetween stages. Except I have only found 1 person who has gone through a different awakening. I am yet to connect to my guides, but I'm fishing on my third eye ATM. Thus happened to me randomly, I had no idea why my upper chakras were vibrating severly for days, constantly.

They don’t have to happen in order either. I’m currently sitting in 4 of the stages at the same time and think that late awakeners have the ability to do them simultaneously as different aspects of self align with different chakras.

Hard for me to follow you on this one. I suppose if I had to choose, I oscillate between stages 3-6, feeling parts of each on different days, but never clearly feeling like I progress from one stage to the next. If I'm going through this awakening process at all, it is clearly much messier and disordered than you describe here. I've been in this situation for the last 30 years, waiting to feel that connection to divinity you describe. Occasionally receiving glimpses of it but always sensing it is just out of reach. Stage 1&2 are long past. I remember clearly the day stage 2 fell away. It was the lowest point in my life and inspiration struck like someone turning on a light. I know the thought was divinely inspired. There was a higher entity setting me back on the right path. But as for the rest of your stages, it just varies. Sometimes in long oscillations lasting years, and other times over a period of weeks.

I was thinking about the stage I am in. The truth is I'm not sure. Is it possible to be in several stage at the same time? It would make sense due to the snake shape, right? Haha I sometimes feel in the dark night of the Soul, other I feel in the healing one and lastly... On the realisation one. How can we identify in which stage are we in? You are describing the early stages of growth on the spiritual path, but not Kundalini awakening. There's no 'You've got this' with a Kundalini awakening. On the contrary, 'it's got you'. When Kundalini awakens, you are on the path of Non-Duality, where the personal self is, at first, eclipsed by the realisation of Self, and then Self gradually trickles down through the personal self and is integrated into every aspect of our individual existence. In this video you describe the preliminary stage of purgation of the personal self, in preparation for the first awakening to our true nature (Self). Kundalini may arise during this preliminary (psycho-emotional-spiritual) stage, but not necessarily. And when it does you will be describing it as the physical tour-de-force it is!

I feel every one of these stages but not in this order. Most of them i have worked hard to learn and grow into through intuition and hardship to progress and are more developed as a result. Some i am just starting to discover slowly as i shift my energies.
