for those with busy schedules: - dont let people get under their skin - never let someone fight you (use ur smarts to stop fights but if someone hits you knock them out obviously) - controversial one in my mind is call someone out for talking behind your back - dont let anyone steal from you (i.e girls identity theft (sponsor but worth it) never stop being romantic, dont let other guys make her feel more beautiful then you do - never let anyone cheat on your amazing ass if they do then they can 0 1 2 1 do one. - dont let anyone walk over you - never let ANYONE talk you out of your dreams (this my personal favourite) - pier pressure - dont let anyone bully you

I hear ya - Farhan! For anyone who’s a beginner - the quickest way to learn to be Confident is by not shying away from life’s challenges. The more you face them head-on, and eventually overcome them - the stronger you become - the more confident you are. So basically, the more courageous things you do - the more confident you become. The more you run away from your problems - the weaker you become! Anyway, that’s my two cents. -Carlos Verde - Dating Tips

Being confident and never following others ! Always being a leader ! Never was a follower since a child ! Always did my own thing regardless of friendships. This kept me out of a lot of trouble. Most of my friends did drugs, and I never did it just to go along. If they didn't like it, they were gone !

Spot on Alpha! Also an Alpha can stay calm and focused in any given situation. Not as in 'let somebody get under your skin or get into a fight'. For example what I mean: you see an accident happen and you're able to handle the hectic situation the way you think is the best at that given moment. Staying calm and focused letting others know what they can do or simply tell them to leave. There are many more situations like this or different, when keeping calm and focused seperates the alpha from the rest.

I had friends that were my best friends since high school and I had to let them go because how toxic and bad they were also cuz they were starting drama for no reason with ex girlfriends of mine that I haven’t seen in years and then stated saying rumors behind my back. All that happened because I was really sick and didn’t talk to anyone while being sick but that showed me how they really are and how they wanted to just tear my life up because how successful I’m doing. Letting them go and not caring what they do showed me a lot and made my life even better getting rid of negativity in my life. Ik they were just using me and seeing where my life ends up, ik they were just jealous of what I have because they even said it to me before. I don’t hate anyone for hurting me or being mean I just block them away and not give in to them because that’ll show weakness and that your afraid of them and afraid of what they’ll do

I hear ya - Jeremy! Also “Alpha” is always trying to Self-Improvement, because… Personal Development is one of the best things you can do for yourself - because, we as human beings, we’re supposed to embrace growth! So make sure you find your Purpose in life - whatever it might be, and work on it daily, and continue to make progress, because progress is - really the key to happiness. But don’t do it for any girl or guy, make sure you’re doing it for yourself - and just be happy! Anyway, that’s my two cents. -Carlos Verde - Dating Tips

Years ago, I was fortunate to snag a college summer internship with a sought-after employer. An acquaintance buddy of mine from high school also snagged a summer job at the same office. We were pleased to find out we’d be working in the same offices as the father of another former high school pal, as everyone seemed to look up to the guy. About a week into the job, my ‘acquaintance’ buddy told me that our office mate’s son had written a rather politically-charged letter to the editor of a national magazine. Rather than confirm its existence, and wanting to have something to talk/joke about with our seasoned colleague, I casually mentioned it in conversation during our morning break. He was shocked and excused himself. Later, after returning from lunch, the guy very vocally jumped all over me in front of everyone within ear shot, yelling that I screwed up because he checked every issue, going back several months, and there wasn’t a single letter to the editor from his son. He even confirmed with his son that such a letter didn’t exist. Yeah, the ranting went on for an eternity, and I’m sure he would have fired me if he had the power. I could only stand there, red-faced, head hanging, offer my sincere apologies, and crawl back to my desk. Damn, was I humiliated. At the end of the day, ‘acquaintance’ buddy sidles up to me as I’m leaving the office, and with a broad smile on his face, remarks that I sure got knocked down and looked like an ass. When I told him I was simply repeating what he’d told me, his response was that it was my responsibility to have confirmed it! Turns out this guy set me up (my fault for taking the bait), knowing how absolutely much I needed this job, and he felt threatened by my performance on a project I was assigned to complete. I painfully learned how important it is to check out sources and info before spouting off at the mouth. The following morning, I met privately with our senior office mate, apologized again, and told him I had failed to check my source. I also told him that his venting and public humiliation response was over the top, and if he had any problems with me or my performance, then we could meet privately, just like we were doing at that moment. He agreed to meeting privately, but refused to accept my apology, and left the room; our working relationship for the rest of the summer was professional and cordial, but distant. I watched how he worked (delegated his work to others), how he treated coworkers with disrespect (especially slapping women on the ass), blamed his project delays on others, and finally realized he was a blowhard bully. In my eyes, he went from Alpha winner to be admired to Alpha loser to be despised. I also cut off all contact with my ‘acquaintance’ buddy after I told him he was despicable for setting me up.

*How to become the best version of yourself? I made a list in random order for you kings!* 1. Work out (boost testosterone and look better) 2. Get good clothes (clothes that fit you, develop your own style and be unique) 3. Confidence (act like YOU are the man, even fake it till you make it with this one) 4. Have a goal or work on something (get your money in, have your priorities) 5. Be charming (small talk, think about your manners etc) 6. Posture (good posture = confidence, boosts your height and overall appearance) 7. Hygene (imma divide this one in more) 7a. Shower (cold) everyday (overall clean) 7b. Deodorant and fragrance (people litterally don’t want to be near you if you smell bad) 7c. Lips (balsum/vaseline, stay hydrated) 7d. Nose (no snot, no hairs coming out) 7e. Eyes (no eye bags, pluck eyebrows, eyebrow thickness) 7f. Ears (clean ears on outside and only the beginning of the inside) 7g. Mouth (brush teeth 2x a day, mouthwash, chew sugarfree gum) 8. Skincare (get rid of acne, stay hydrated, use day cream) 9. Lower bodyfat % (accentuate muscles and jawline) 10. Mewing (tongue on roof of mouth, teeth gently on top of each other, breath through nose, this will make your cheekbones and overall jaw look better) 11. Hair (get hairstyle that fits your faceshape and go to the barber once every 1 or 2 months) 12. Facial hair (look like you tace care of it, accentuate jaw) 13. Jewelery (wear what you like, create your own style, don’t overdo it. Rings, necklaces, bracelets, watch, earrings, belt) 14. Shoe lifts (2 foot or sum to make yourself look longer, not too extreme) 15. Supplements (take vitamins, minerals, proteïn, creatine) 16. Take good photos (don’t always look goofy, show that you do fun stuff etc) 17. Be calm (people like people who are calm and handle situations as a boss) 18. Mindset (look at what you achieved en try to do everything better to a certain level when you are happy) 19. Meditate (clean your mind, be calm in your head) And last but not least; 20. Sleep (mentally and physically one of the most important things, try 8 hours a day) Pick up from this what you like and we are all becoming what nobody expected, cheers!

Well you basically covered it, confront and call people out when they act inappropriately usually not fighting. No matter who it is friends, aquantinces, or stangers. It doesn't happen very much but I had to call out a guy at work the other day for lying to me. Hold people accountable for their actions but do not be quick to anger. Its much easier than people think tell them what they did then ask them why they did that.. but most people dont do it and the confrontee will usually deny. But if they own up to it you can forgive them and move on either way you look like the confident alpha and the more you do it the comfortable and confident you will be in this situation.

Being a people pleaser can also be business. If you are an entertainer or a teacher and people don’t like compared to your competitors, you can actually be terminated, demoted, or blackballed. So being a people pleaser is a tough one. But yes, once you don’t care if people like you, you are a master of your own domain.

in my opinion: "Alphas" and "Betas", etc. They're all fictional, fallacies, "myths", etc. I see having these labels as weak. and labeling other men as "Beta" is a sign of insecurity. There's no such thing as being beta or alpha. It's all petty bs and labels that are used to make sense of something. If you have to call yourself "Alpha" then you're probably not as great as you think...and if someone is "beta" because they don't do what is considered "manly" is absolutely bullshit.

IMO it's really stupid to get caught up in what someone else thinks or says about you. If you confront them as mentioned in the video, you're just giving them the attention that they're seeking, betas like that enjoy the attention/drama.

Over complimenting your woman is the worst advice you can give. If your woman would seek outside validation for you not complimenting them everyday then you have a horrible woman. She has low self esteem and even if she doesn't cheat on you she will be turned off by you and lose attraction.

To be an alpha you need CONFIDENCE ! Also, Alpha's have their shit together. A job, grooming, calm temperament, think before you act. Also Alpha's take care of the good people around them.
