If you’re trying to work out the order that cards and jokers are being played, setting the speed down to 0.5 gives you enough time to see exactly how hands are being scored. I’ve found this incredibly useful when figuring out HC or Pair builds with Sock, Photo, Chad, Brainstorm & Blueprint.

Balatro is fun, but the more deck building homework, the less fun I’m having. Feels like so many hours of work for a worthless reward for a game …yet I’m still watching these types of videos all the way through…that’s how addictive this game can be regardless

Hey man, rather than exclusively having random footage that you voice over, it would be great if you cut to Google slides (or something) footage of your own making that reinforces what you are trying to explain with words alone. By only using audio you are leaving half of the medium (video) on the table of making great content. On top of that, the video you _do_ have can be admittedly more engaging than the audio sometimes, which is really distracting and detracts from the points you are trying to make. Balatro is a really visual game, so having pictures of the jokers, etc you are talking about on the screen at the same time you are talking about them will help people remember your words when they see them later in the game. It's hard to remember the words alone. Anyway keep up the good work, you earned a sub from me!

Agree with everything you said. I just haven't had the time like I did when I first made tutorial videos to do this. Will attempt to in the future and hope someday this is a full time or at least true part time job that I can dedicate more hours to making the content that should be going out

I've had pluto appear several times with a pluto in consumables without showman, it might lower the odds, but it doesn't eliminate it

It does, you can create one with a blue seal/telescope voucher. Otherwise, it should be impossible. This is coded into the game.

Can you only clear each boss blind once in a run? As in if you clear a boss blind it gets removed from the pool entirely

that is correct. if you run into the goad/window/club/head and one of your suits is debuffed, it remains safe for the remainder of the run from those bosses

I personally would like a "tips for advanced beginners" kinda video personally. Like I have perhaps a hundred hours? Finished my first gold, opened all decks. But I have not opened every joker and never scene an "e" in any score. I'm not a beginner but also not like y'all.

Once you use blank voucher 10 times, it unlocks its second tier voucher. Then in a run if you buy blank voucher that second tier voucher can show up that has a really powerful effect (I don't want to spoil it but its called Anti-matter if you want to look it up). So on its own blank does nothing, except unlock the chance to see a very powerful voucher later in a run.

Can any joker appear at any time in a run? Early on or late run? Besides jokers that have prerequisites like needing gold/stome/steel cards in deck. Are legendaries only available through the soul card, or could they appear like other jokers once you unlock them? Obviously they would be rare.

Legendary is only from a soul card, but besides that, yes. There is no weight for more rare/type of cards earlier or later in the run. It's the same chance every shop
