I was a 12-14 year old girl(last half 90s), when my mom forced me to watch the series, so Golden Girls was not a series I was willing to watch since it didn't contain any of the things that I like to watch (animals, crime and supernatural). But after watching 10 minutes of the first episode, I was hooked on the series.
