I have a father who never made any physical contact with me, like hug me or kiss me, instead I was the one who was always trying to do this, to hug him or kiss him, and he pushed me away always, he did this for years and still, now I am 22, and I realised that this affected me deeply, I couldn't receive from anyone, it's like I am always believing that " I don't deserve love, I don't deserve affection or care from any man" and this made me push aways all the good nice men and attract the assholes who caused me pain, But now I understand that I should TAKE in love, I should be feminine and RECEIVE love kindness help kisses and all good things because I am worthy.

That takes a smart and strong young woman to be working on herself so young! Good for you! I only began reading inspirational books and meditation when I was in my mid-twenties. Keep doing what you're doing! Working on yourself is a life-long process, it's an everyday challenge, but a good challenge. It's rewarding and eye-opening. Don't stop doing what you're doing!

One way I began to receive (even before watching any videos on femininity) was to let my boyfriend drive my car. I love to drive, but I do it all the time. One day I was picking him up from work and just transferred myself to the passenger's seat. I remember it now even.... I was so much more relaxed than if I had been the one driving again. I felt more pleasant instead of bitching about the day. The best part is he was probably a lot happier too for the change. Win win :) What I realized as I was typing that... is that right now my goals for "being open" and "receiving" are actually set way too high. No wonder I've been so disappointed! Lol. My goal for myself has been to be loving and open as much as possible. Not only is this a super vague goal, but I have barely mastered taking a compliment myself and am now expecting to be an open loving person all the time?? Yeah, ok. Well that was a useful revelation.
@candiceoneida7 жыл бұрын
Hi +MegJ326 ! Thanks for your comments dear. Great catch with letting him drive. You could basically "let go" of the day and not have to continue to be in control....and yes, be gentle with yourself and seek community and support around receiving and your goals...gentle, human opening.

receiving praise...receive help...receive touch...sink into it- by allowing their presence inside you a bit more...receive gifts. Take a breath- thank you so much...and take it IN. receive inspiration- receiving from the divine from your intuition- create space to receive & download it. Receive time- quality time. Serving is a form of receiving. Receive Beauty inner & outer- "I'm receiving my beauty- your children your tribe - nature...look through the lens of beauty... receiving Love- be open more to the love around us. be more receptive to the love the care the friendship...

Throughout my life I always received the most praise from men when I behaved more like a man. So I brought this masculine energy into my marriage and unknowingly became my own worst enemy. In just a few weeks of beginning to be more feminine, my husband is responding in ways I never thought possible. We are no longer competing for the same roles and that’s changing EVERYTHING. Tears of gratitude for your desperately needed message and encouragement. Thank you!!!

I have lived my life in masculine lone wolf mode... and have just recenly come to the realization that we are all connected and I have been my own worst enemy to myself....I never thought about the reality that when people compliment that they are giving you a gift and by being the lone wolf and saying no I am denying them a moment of beauty... So good, thank you! In the past, thought receiving was selfish. Now can see that receiving can be very gracious, as you say. Can see gracious receiving as something different from demanding that someone else meets your needs--in this way, you are letting someone else feel the pleasure of giving. So cool :)
@candiceoneida7 жыл бұрын
Hey Miss +sechale! Thanks for your comment. Receiving is about opening, feeling gratitude, recognizing the warmth of another. I was taught to give give, but somehow the way I was taught to do this was totally self serving and kept me closed. It wasn't until I learned how to receive and ask for help that I started to open again.

I absolutely loved this! Not receiving is one of my biggest energy flaws...Also do you notice how many people judge unfairly sometimes...mentioning "All you do is take?" I feel like receiving is looked down upon in society, but should be celebrated! 😊 I had an amazing manifestation come true recently and ruined it by telling the universe I didn't deserve it and I did not know how receive it! I am glad I learned that this was why I was stuck. P.S. you always have the best taste in fashion and lippy!!! Love the pops of pink 💋

Yes yes yes. Thank you so much for this video. Receiving for women seems to be a big block. It's taken some practice but I have gotten so much better at allowing the people around me to help and take care of me. I've been saying yes a lot more and listening to my soul when I need something. Before I would push it down and tell myself I'll figure it out. So masculine of me haha.

Two women have rejected my gift in a short period of time which made me wonder. Both times I had given a scarf/stole I had made in my studio. I had carefully selected the pieces and took into consideration the persons likes and tastes and lifestyles. That`s why I didn`t understand them. Both of them gave back the items saying that they didn`t like it, that they didn`t like the material or the colours. Very strange. I had to meditate a lot over this and not let my ego be hurt. But I think I am still hurt a bit. Where I come from (my mothers side anyway) it is rude to give back a gift. It is almost like a rejection of the person itself. That`s why I liked what you said in your video. People have to learn how to receive again if they want things to keep flowing into their lives. There is a strange trend going on with this minimalism. I think it is even dangerous! Well, I think we have to keep a balance between incoming and outgoing.

Thank you so much for these videos. I am learning and unlearning simultaneously. Ive been focusing on self care, both internally and externally, and it feels amazing to pour so much love into myself. I do have one question: I received oral pleasure for the first time in a long while. In response, I gave pleasure to my lover as well. Can you still be in your Feminine (receiving) if your giving from a place of reciprocity? Thank you for all you do to empower women. 💕🙏🏾

Hi, Thanks for your enthusiastic videos. It is sure you want to help people . Your contents are good yet I have a concern, is it not ripe time to leave the title of feminine and masculine? I think you can address all human beings. The reason is it boosts morale of many men and women who use these 'masculine/feminist' terms to not only creating instability in society but also committing crime.
@candiceoneida6 жыл бұрын
Hi nandini nk! Thanks for your comment. Masculine and feminine are forces of consciousness that are inside all human beings.
