The couple that stayed at the Air b and b story, every person the couple talked to said that they just imagined the masked men because they had alcohol in their system. Last I checked, people don't have the same minds. It's impossible for you to hallucinate the exact same thing. From what I've heard. And since the couple discovered that the airbandb listing had been removed is obviously showing that what they experienced actually did happen. Maybe it wasn't about a robbery at all, since there was no sign of a break-in but maybe something way worse.
@teyarose2 жыл бұрын
Technically, it's possible to have the same hallucination as someone else (mass hallucinations, folie à deux, shared delusion disorder, etc) but as interesting as that is, they are INCREDIBLY rare and not caused by alcohol. Fake vacation listings with nefarious intentions are sadly really common so I do agree with you on that one. Talk about creepy
@shadowfoxx5317 Жыл бұрын
It's not going to leave signs of a break in if they had copies of the keys... *shudders* And there's ways to get rid of tracks - especially if there was a bit of light snow dusting throughout the night. Hubby and wife were running scared - their tracks are going to be deeper than someone creeping around slowly and lightly. A bit of branch/cloth dragging over the perpetrator's lighter tracks with some slight snowfall would be enough to do it but still leave the Hubby and wife panic prints.
@avamasquerade Жыл бұрын
I get the impression her drunk/stoned husband "saw" the masked people and told his wife and his wife just unquestioningly believed him. Kinda like that woman who raised her daughter in hiding, traveling around, and under different aliases because her boyfriend said he had previously been "mobbed up" and now the mob was after him because the police tricked him into snitching on his old crew and then refused him witness protection cause "reasons" or whatever. She just went along with dude like...well, the PC thing to do would be to armchair diagnose her w some kind of "disorder" (as if MH issues aren't stigmatizing enough) and then insist she was highly gullible, when in reality, she was just dumb and didn't have (nor even want) the critical thinking abilities to tell when someone was likely lying to her.

My aunt used to tell us a story about the time she went ice fishing with my uncle (avid outdoors man) the day was going good, but she had stood to get a drink, bait or something random. She went to sit back on her stool but she felt herself falling. She said she knew she was going through the ice and fear hit hard. She was waiting for the cold water. When she landed she realized her stool collapsed and she was safely sitting on the ice. I would love to have witnessed it or video of it. It's not scary like an avalanche or fall into actual frozen lake water but to my Aunt that day she had a terrifying minute or two while waiting for the worst outcome. So glad she didn't fall in or get hurt.

I used to walk in the forest all the time alone but it was because it was my parents property and there was never gonna be someone there except maybe distant neighbors that we let use the trails for dirt biking/4-wheeling. There were definitely times I thought I saw someone and got freaked out and quickly got back home. If it wasn't for those circumstances idk if I would've been that casual going out there lol. My friends and I would go out there at like 3am purposely to scare ourselves for fun, like a real life horror movie. Good times.

I don't own a dog, but I hear from dog owners that recall is important. Basically, your dog should quickly come back to you when called so you can avoid bad reactions from other dogs, wild animals, or food they shouldn't be eating. Not only does this dog not do that, but it routinely enters the neighbor's house? This was a result of not training the dog, and I found it very hard to feel for the OP of that story. Also, the fact that the dog enters the neighbor's house often, but OP doesn't know the neighbor has a mental condition? Sounds iffy.

That seemed like a bs story to me. I live in the mountains and you NEVER hike an unknown trail in the winter (and some places are actually closed during this time) and you ALWAYS dress/prepare for severe weather in the mountains in winter bc temperatures change and snow can come pouring down even if it's supposed to be sunny and above freezing that day. And the bear thing??? The ones where I live are super inactive during the winter. That's either a fake story or these are the worst tourists ever.

Great stories! I felt bad for all the victims in them. I'm glad they made it to their destinations. I wonder what happened to all of the guy's clothes in the first one. You're not supposed to run if you see a brown bear🐻, because you'll be prey. Instead, curl into a ball and play dead. If the bear moves you, don't panic and if it stops, keep playing dead. Bears watch their prey. The thumbnail was nice and I thought it would appear throughout the video. I liked the snow coming down and the streetlamp during the stories.

Story 4 he made a BIG mistake which could kill you in this situation - if this ever happens to you, falling in icy water in your clothing then get out, take your clothing off IMMEDIATELY. It may sound dumb and feel counter-intuitive, but the freezing wet clothes will essentially make hypothermia set in way faster, even in the worst conditions. You have a far higher chance of surviving if you strip totally naked and start exercising.
