I am a busy Mom of two and had forgotten the fun that I had with art. Now I have taken out all my unfinished work and manage to take out some time for myself. It is totally worth it. Wow, this blew my mind. I stopped drawing for a while and recently came back to it, but for months I've just been thinking of how to fill up my sketchbooks with the best I had to offer. I guess that's why I always draw a blank when finding things to draw and why I tend to have long breaks where I feel like drawing bores me. I gotta explore and find what makes it fun again, by drawing what i want without that pressure of perfection. My 12 year old brother often draws and it may not be the most formal looking art in the world, I can tell he draws what he loves, in the style he likes and that makes it fun for him. Same feeling when I look at my drawings from childhood. I guess I forgot how expressive and fun art can be
