I don’t even peel it and it’s way better than ginger powder. You can throw it in teas, marinades, sauces, candies, etc.

Hiya, I don't have a rice cooker and I just don't have any room left to buy one (T-I-N-Y kitchen!) I do have a slow cooker with a warm setting though... I assume it's all about the temperature? Do you know roughly what temperature your rice cooker is on 'keep warm' so I can see if my slow cooker's the same before I inadvertently bugger it all up. (I do have a thermometer! 😅) Thanks! And thanks for the videos! I'm learning so much!

Hey, I know how much you like sous vide. I found a cool method where you could put the oil and garlic in the sous vide bag and cook at like 195º or something for 4 hours. Or alternatively, what I did was place the oil and garlic in a big jar and just filled the water up to the almost top of the mason jar, and let it run that way.

Fermented garlic honey is amazing. Crushing the garlic is a MUST! Crushing the garlic releases a chemical called “allicin,” which is what makes it sticky. When the garlic honey is the consistency of water, it’s great to brush on pizza crust.

You need to post more youtube man. Ik you have to hear it a lot. I was recomended you by someone ik and i will recommend you to others, no doubt. More instructional videos that are professional is exactly what people need to stumble upon. Im not a chef but i have a strong passion for food and cooking and take pride in what i do. Most people just show recipes. But someone who teaches the who when where whats and whys is exactly what people need to form themselves into the cooks they want to be. Seen like all your vids but need more man ik you can make money of this because youre easy to listen to and seem really down to earth.
