Agreed! But, I think the best thing to do, if possible, is to not say anything and just walk away. No reaction and leave - never look back! Try not to make sense of what they’re saying and doing as it makes no sense! Walk away and leave ASAP - if you can’t then GRAY ROCJ EVERYTHING!!

My narcissist ex just went to mediation and demanded I not even see my son ( 50/50 right now ) and wouldnt burdge on anythign then kept going back on everything.... The at litem and mediator got pissed but still made us sit there 4 hours wasting over $3500 in fees before the mediator finally gave up and said "your going to trial I give up she is just playin with us" He also said "good luck because you have judge **** and she hates men and gets off taking custody, even from good men like you"....

Hi I'm new here. I have a downstairs neighbour who is how you have explained in your video. I've got one of those flats where you can hear everything. Everything I do or say she couples me. She has to young kids and everything time I'm watching TV she gets them to bang constantly. She spreads rumors about me. There's a long list of things. It's gone on for years now and I've had enough and I don't no what to do about it.

8:10🤣 💯. Adding, another big manipulation is wraving US V. WORLD mentality, sucks in partner looking to 'save' someone. If they try to leave, narcissist cries 'See! See! you never loved me! You never were all in!' And, victim gets tricked into staying, because taught to "help". Need new teaching at grade school high school level.

Really frustrating when they say my assertion is aggression & then they become a victim. Then the push of saying assertion is aggression to tell them how/what is the difference to get me to over explain just to insert only themselves & their narrative anyway & bulldoze how/what the difference is away/exhaust me to not being in control of myself/get me to the point upset/angry/hurt, etc.

How do u respond to someone who lays down a law and you try to interject a clarifying piece of information and the other person puts a headset on to intentionally shut you down and says I can't hear you. Your lips r moving and you are talking to yourself . The decision they made came purely as a quick fix but it could turn and get me into a situatio so I tried to interject the point but was shutdown in a very rude disrespectful way. I can't look at this person and have no stomach to speak them.
