This video resonates with me, I am currently dealing with a narcissistic senior leaders having worked for a organisation, feel hostage by their constant gaslighting, manipulation, stalk and monitoring n intimidation, undermining my work , steal and take credit for work deny work or stop everything. A group of individuals in a organisation behaving like psychopath criminals.

Have you thought about simply walking away from the job?? I can understand wanting to stay (especially if you've been there a long time) but if they're in the senior leadership, it's most likely they've already corrupted the company you work for. Is your health worth it??

I quit the job since two years ago, yet they are holding me hostage n blamed me for something I never did, falsely accused, tried to convince others I am loosing my mind when they were gaslighting me all the time. Applied for jobs then would stall my recruitment, or set up interviews to get ideas from me, make me attempt case study analysis then never revert with a feedback on if I was selected. Yes these are powerful individuals but I cannot be sexually victimised or targeted for what , when they had already discredited me of my work n harassed me till I finally quit yet post quitting I choose to stay away from any of the ex colleagues n pursue my studies there too they set up Stalkers. I took hobbies they were monitoring my every single move by constantly calling me to check what I have been upto.. not sure what’s the issue of obsession or psychopaths

People especially empaths should heal from narcissistic abuse and we all hope they do heal, I had narcissist hate on me in the past and I just got over it, I moved on that's it, most people still need to recover and heal from narcissistic abuse and move on, let's pray for those who stuck from moving forward all because what the narc had done, the empathy and good people will move on eventually, that would be a good feeling and the world is happy again

Dad's a narcissist, I gave up on his lies. His loss, my victory!! I did nothing to him for him to punish me. He nitpicks at me. He's an asshole! He hates women and I am one. Not my fault. One of mine still wants to sue me after 7 years of stalking. He threatens and intimidates and i will not be bullied into silence. After being thrown on the floor and degraded that i "I wasnt enough" after refusing him sex, well apparently alot isnt enough for the jackass. Including his 6 figure job at Microsoft(which most would think he risks by stalking and doing drugs) isnt enough either so he harrasses women for their paychecks too. And his smear campagne which apparently worked since i was kicked out of my old friends circle,(im actually glad i made better friends)wasnt enough punishment, so he decided to trespass and scream obscenties, threats, and hate, probably high on drugs, at my home, arrogantly lacking any fear of consequances, as if he's used to getting away with shit. The police did nothing. As if that wasnt terrible, he did it over 3 times, making me move out. Him and his best friend would drive drunk back and forth in front of my apartment yelling and looking for attention. The police still did nothing. I had to aggresively ignore all of this. Enough is never enough for these bottomless pits of bile. Never had i met someone who seemed to have so much going for them, yet was so screwed up in the head with so many problems. They go out their way to hurt and punish people. Been no contact for 7 years anyway, despite the hoovering. Thank you for your informative videos! Always helpful.
