Thank you for all your wisdom. Been on a quite a journey myself. Mental chaos, fear, selfhatred, bitterness, shame, disillusion, a LOTS of medication. Jesus has given me a brand new life but first of all peace in a crazy world.

I am really excited about this teaching and am learning about application of the Word. We often hear the Word preached but Mark has a way of applying it that is so important to me. Thank you for your ministry to God's people!

I’m grateful I found you I’ve struggled for years but I feel that the way you break things down and explain things is easy to grasp I think we make things more complicated unfortunately I’m feeling hopeful since following / finding you I bought your book experiencing gods love ❤️ and I will not fear ..because I’ve not known gods love so been buying books on fear anxiety overcoming all of that but I think understanding gods love ❤️ will open up ways of healing and understanding and I will be Empowered to live Healed and Free 🙏 Thank you 😊

I have a LOVE/HATE relationship with music. I love the sound, funky bass players, and other instruments. I hate fact that I have a bass guitar but I'm afraid to play it. I suffer for "LATE DISEASE". I also listen to players and know that I won't be that good. I find not joy in the attempts, only if it turns out good. Yes I have a lot of issues, for me there are too many. I have your "Heart Healing Journey" but I'm stuck. Me in the middle of doing never turns out well and of course that's my opinion based on my history.

Fantastic video, Mark! Thank you for this content. I really enjoyed #2 - make a shout. So interesting that opening our mouths and making a joyful shout can make such a shift and a difference! And #5.. restoring enjoyment!! I feel this definitely is a season for me to restore enjoyment!

Also the blackouts... It's incredibly difficult and hurtful when the turmoil is brewed from their words and actions that aren't recollected, then go invalidated. WE end up being the one who appears to create the current issues... completely unfair. Best wishes ❤

I am So Sorry you live with an alcoholic I grew up with an alcoholic He was like 2 Different people when he was sober versus when he was drunk one day he was drinking at the kitchen table I sat down beside him and looked into his eyes It looked like something EVIL was living inside of him I loved him but it wasn’t an easy environment to grow up in When your alcoholic is sober try putting on some Christian Worship Songs and sing 🎤 The Words To Jesus When we Worship God with sincerity we get to feel His Sweet Presence with us God inhabits the praises of his people Reading The King James Bible Everyday starting with The Book of John The King James is an Accurate Translation From The Original Greek and Hebrew Languages The Other English Translations add words subtract words and change words around Prayer also helps Prayer is Just talking to God Tell Him Anything and Everything Ask Him For What you need Ask Him questions etc Going To a Good Church Helps too All the best
