8 weeks pregnant and I can’t stop doing this

I filmed this video almost 3 weeks ago, and I’ve tried my best to avoid the grocery store ever since. I actually went into Vons to get Starbucks for a friend the other day, and just standing in the store caused me to run out and well…. 🤮🤮🤮
For some reason, even when I’m trying to do a mobile order it’s hard to hold it down…Anyone else relate with this? Any tips on what to do? Its honestly not sustainable 😅 Shout out to my MIL who went to the store for me last week 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🤟🏼

Sorry you're not feeling well! Fun tip if you do puke... your bag is inside out. It you do fill it, you can twist and then tuck it into the notch on the white part for easier disposal. Hope it passes quickly for you.

Is it a certain smell you are having trouble with? I’m also really sensitive to smell. I have been my whole life. Maybe try a mask when you go to the store next time?

Mint gum always helped me with the gagging/dry heaving. It happened to me the entire first trimester with my second baby.

This is morning sickness.❤ Some B12 and unisom at bedtime help to manage it. If it is really bad your provider may prescribe Zofran, an antiemetic to keep you from puking. Small frequent meals, protein first thing in the morning, crackers and ginger ale are helpful too.❤

Sorry that you have to deal with morning sickness. But patience and thinking positively to do what you will do with buy shopping food.

My entire pregnancy i couldn't go down the bread aisle. The yeast smell was just too much. I get it. I like the above suggestions, especially a mask and maybe some ginger candy.

It’s all the smells in the grocery store. I used to have to grab a pack of pampers and carry it around and smell it. It worked!!!! So maybe a suggestion 😊

Have you tried chewing gum or sucking on a hard lolly? (Something like a chuppa chup or a boiled lolly - I think you guys call it rock candy, maybe) After having 8 children these tricks worked for some of my pregnancies
