I’m the 10 year old in the video. 4 years later, I’m surprised this terrible game has over 3 million views. To clear up any confusion, my opponent played extremely well before blundering a pawn into a drawn endgame. With little time on my clock, I got lucky that he blundered a rook in the complications. Some people point out missed wins or that they are better than us, and that’s fine. They were definitely better than me then. I’m 2179 USCF now- hopefully I can get my NM title soon after this comment is posted!

White can actually win this game...at 7:30 he should have bring out his king into the center due to the End Game...but white focused on attacking the knight that white forgot thw rook has an important job and that is protecting the pawn... This is a mistake (not really a blunder) black also made a around 6:25 instead of bringing his rook to a8...he should have gone for RD5
