The thing that helped me those most is to stop being so obsessed with it. All someone has to do is just decide (ONCE AND FOR ALL) to stop doing it, or to make it a certain date. And then literally just forget about it. There’s no need to get so infatuated with it where it becomes an essential part of your life. Just decide. And completely forget about it, since you made a definite decision. At that point you can get on with your life.

🤣 there are still people who can believe that wow. As I said many times in my past life I am 32 and ever since I was 8 I was helping a church worker asking her to show me God so I can finally feel him he just doesn't show I'm 32 still hasn't shown I'm asking every single freaking pastor every single person who really seems like he or she has the connection or communication with the lord and no one was ever able to make me actually feel it of course I can make myself believe or how do you say that pathologically light to myself and then make the connections in my own brain myself but that's not how it should work I should actually be communicating with the higher power or the god or whatever at least still him or I should know he is here. Believe has a big word inside it it's a lie. If you have to believe it means it's not there once something is there you don't have to believe it anymore believe it or not it is there and I don't feel the same way I wish I did
@daddytachanka80769 ай бұрын
@@danilosljivaPut belief aside. In my experience it’s not belief, it’s simply faith and feeling. EVERYONE can have faith and feel the divine within them if they really try. It has nothing to do with others, everyone has their own connection. It does not depend on others. Also in my experience, this is done by raising your consciousness. You raise your consciousness by raising your rate of vibration (google the vibrational chart, it goes from shame/guilt at the bottom to courage to enlightenment at the highest end). You do this through serving others AND yourself in order to become a better person for yourself for the world. For example, exercise, makes you better, raises your vibration. Gratitude practices, meditation, prayer, helping an old lady with her groceries. All these things will increase your connection. But you also have to be open to it first, it’s always there but of course you have to consciously tap in. Be the light in the world, become the kind of person you wish to see in others. I recommend a short book called Feeling Is The Secret by Neville Goddard (40 pages) Not forcing anything on you but your comment inspired these thoughts and I hope they find you well. Much love ❤
@danilosljiva9 ай бұрын
@@daddytachanka8076 I absolutely agree. This is like the best reply I've ever gotten 😅 It's just that usually when some Christian reader finds a comment that makes him feel bad for some reason (example. somebody talking about sex with 2+ women when the Christian male believer knows he cannot do that) so he has to make the other person also feel bad by pointing out that "the bible says if your doing that you are doomed for eternity.. or saying a quote from the bible or words like: you better repent and turn to Jesus and so on. Like you are saying it's not about that it's about the state of mind exactly I am in contact with the "higher powers"for 2 and a half years already so I know exactly the feeling. And just talking to the high power sort of how would you say communicating with them is pointless unless you're getting some new information that you usually wouldn't get in your life without the higher powers.

My problem has always been rationalizing my behavior as a reward for good actions, ex. "I hit the gym hard this morning, worked hard at work, and since I make good money and people like me, it's okay if I drink/PMO tonight." Problem is, while those aforementioned facts are true, I'm not truly "special" nor "phenomenal". Good and relatively successful? I guess, but not to a level I could be sincerely proud of, since in the back of my mind, I know I haven't been living up to my utmost potential. What are your key takeaways from being that far in on your journey
@Ahmed_Kj389 ай бұрын
@@aanghel Thanks for asking. I always thought to start a channel myself on this topic, but felt YT is overcrowded and the topic is old. But ok here is my summary story in one comment :) In the beginning for me it was amazing: Like I had superpowers. Intelligence. Strength, Charisma grew day by day I had this phase of being proud for having like 100 days in a row or 300 days in a row. At the same time I felt much worse after masturbation or ejaculation than other people. I think since the body is not adjusted to strong hormonal spikes anymore that well the highs from Nofap get less after years it is more like a good baseline, the lows can get worse, especially if you believe masturbation is bad/ evil… If your ego gets so attached to being a Semen Retention Alpha Male… then masturbation becomes a break of your values and makes you feel very bad. My friends who never think about such things in my eyes started to have the superpower to be able to masturbate/ watch porn as much as they want and feel happy and chilled about it. I was wondering how?? I am f…ing working for my energy and happiness with discipline for years, am proud of that. And for the people around me it is like: Hmm why are you doing this? This is unhealthy and they actually look and feel much more chilled than I although they masturbate….also I felt that after years of nofap people who masturbate seem to enjoy the little things much more than I I realized the people who masturbate and do not think so much about it usually are not that energetic/ charismatic, but also they do not have those extreme lows. They found their own balance. Nad their pleasure chakra is working well. They drive like 50miles/h through life. If you are a semen retention person, you are like a 200 miles/h person who crashes once in a while very hard. E.g. due to semen retention I had energy to build a big business with 60h/ week work + did my masters degree. But then one day I did masturbate and felt so bad, but still had my responsibilities now on top. This quickly led me into burnout. Since I could handle the pressure during nofap and build a life that demands a lot of energy. But after ejaculation you cannot handle this life and need to kind of pause your life for 4-7 days to get back on track. This leads to psychological pressure that is difficult to sustain over the years. Then I had a phase for years where I said ok. It is unsustainable, I need a ratio. I tried like 2weeks nofap + 2x masturbate in one day. and then 2-3 days of taking off from work/ life. Or 3 weeks vs. 2x-3x masturbate. ( I realized after a longer time of nofap only 1x masturbation after 3-4 weeks feels worse than 2x or 3x masturbation) Because the body gets the best sperms out first, later the older sperms get out during 2x or 3x masturbation. So best is to do it 2x or 3x in a row, if your intention is to regenerate / rejuvinate the sperms and prostate. My conclusion after 14 years: 1) If you want to never masturbate or have ejaculations: You need a monk like lifestyle with the goal towards some sort of enlightenment, since the energy grows and the material world becomes meaningless. The body is there to reproduce. I felt very under pressure non stop, depressed due to suppression if I tried to live monk like life in the western world, where you need to pay taxes. The pleasure chakra at the bottom starts to be inactive so nothing in this world feels pleasurable or satisfying anymore after a while. 2) If you want to live a lifestyle with nofap: what helped me was to do a ratio like 3 weeks vs. 2x masturbate. Best is to masturbate with the intention to heal, to rejuvenate and regenerate sperms and pray to god or whatever you believe in to make it a rejuvenation process for health. Do not watch pornographic content, since it will spike your dopamine levels. Also it can lead back to addiction + self worthlessness issues. Know: Building a tower with a ton of energy (on semen retention) and realizing on top that you have no energy to get back down ( after masturbation) can get you into big crushing experiences like burnout. 3) If you do semen retention, know that the creative power grows and wants to be expressed as life. So as all religions found out over thousands of years: best is to have a wife and once in a while have sex out of love , have children. They will recieve all your love and energy. Plus the man gets even more motivated and driven to work hard for his family. This is natural and sustainable. 4) Everyone is different. I have 3 friends who masturbate every day. And I am wondering : They are managers at their jobs, have 100-200k /y income, are happy, have girlfriends and so on. They make no big deal out of it. They tell me for them it is like going to pee once in a while the body wants this. Also if you are on nofap do not make a religion out of it, this creates placebo effects that might destroy you mentally. All you are doing is finding a different kind of balance, using your semen more consciously, getting in control over your hormones and energy. So you are most of the time above the average person energy baseline. But also you have more extremes: Extreme happiness, extreme sadness, extreme Aggression …. There is definetly more to my journey. But now I need to get up and work :) I wish all of you a good day and may you be blessed and live for the purpose to make the world a better place for everyone :) „We are all here to walk each other home“ ~Ram Dass

Asalamu alaikum brother, I’m a gamer too. Your description was spot on. I’ve been struggling with this for the past few years but I had great streaks here and there with life changing moments/experiences. I remember watching your videos years ago and seeing you now evolve into this person is amazing. Keep going brother peace and love ❤️

Listen up, this is DEEP! Before the Heavens, before light and darkness, time and space, directions, like above and below, before places, the earth, skies and everything … the Creator existed! Everything was created by the Creator, and the Creator does not need or resemble anything in anyway whatsoever! Whatever you imagine in your mind, the Creator is different from it! The Creator is not a man, but the Creator of man! Using our minds, we know this whole word MUST have a Creator, and likewise, using our minds we know the Creator is not a man or human! Jesus was a Prophet of the Creator. Jesus needed to eat, drink, sleep, and had many other needs. The one who has needs is weak and imperfect, and clearly not the Creator of the world! This is the belief of Islam! It makes sense, and the mind testifies to its truthfulness!

I like that he said it’s all about our actions and not relapsing. When I was in college I read a book about streaking. And the author talked about how we need to keep daily habits no matter what. Sometimes we’re tired, but it’s about doing 5 push ups or reading one page in the book. Otherwise, we’re going to break our habits. Stay strong be happy.

The more mature and honest you are with yourself after a relapse the better chances you have for your recovery process. Backtrack what you did, what went wrong and this thought process starts to happen automatically and you get better at holding yourself accountable. In fact, you become so aware of what you're doing and the consequences, you can start to hold yourself more accountable in the moment when before you might've given yourself a pass. Scrolling instagram, ask yourself what you're looking for. They say never shop on an empty stomach because you'll come home with things you can't afford. Treat boredom + social media the same way. It's the devil's playground as they say, why wander lost on social media when you are bound to find something you're craving (but can't afford) ?
