As you said it's better to open your own shop and sell locally produced diary products . It's more profitable that way . Suppose someone is ordering in bulk for any event where hundreds and thousands will eat they will sure not buy small Amul packets . They will go to local shop who can provide fresh things in bulk and in cheaper rates .
