To stop winch line whip put a loose chain across side to side over top the deck hook it around and under by the hinge point of the poles but hook it on so it doesn’t fly too.If it would have been the sling break instead of the line that hooks coming right for that window opening. Had one guy got it unexpectedly in the head and died from it ( rest his soul ) that’s why we have bars or a heavy mesh but I know you don’t need safety. Cool to see the old girl work. Mint. Some heavy pipe with slits in it to protect the sling from getting screwed or cut where it goes across the I beam of the ears will insure that also doesn’t happen 👍

You had a question in the last video of yours I watched that had this truck in it. You unloaded your gen set off of it. Anyway, you were asking about the chains on the headache rack that were hanging on swivels. They’re for oxy-acetylene torches or icy-propane torches. The swivels at the pipe have enough weight to them that they don’t rattle to the point that they drive ya so F***in crazy that ya wanna do a head on with a freight train. Most I’ve seen like yours will slide back and forth for different size tanks like the big propane tanks for scrappin to the tall or short acetylene bottles that are thinner.

The big beautiful outdoor woodstove you got aint gonna like that poplar. It burns to a really fine ash and smothers itself out. You can mix it in with any other hardwood or birch for that matter but too much poplar and you’ll come out to a firebox full of half burnt logs with no fire in it. Pine doesn’t work so great on its own either. Unless it’s cold enough that your blower runs a lot. I am in Ontario and I got into a mess of Poplar and Pine and gave me fits for about a month. Good luck though.
