I liked the objection handler about re listing with the same agent. “You had your home listed with them for 6 months and it didn’t sell, what do you think they will do differently now?” This was gold I used it the same day on a client and it made them reconsider immediately.

Love this , I’ve following you and implementing the weekly market videos every Sunday to my database and everywhere else I can think of. I’m a newer agent, doing two jobs Sold 8 homes is 2017,5 in 2018, 19-2019, 38-2020, this year 5 closed, 12 under contract.
