何十年も前の歌ですが、女性があんなにハスキーな声で歌うのには驚きました。後半で曲を紹介した男性はプロレスラーで、若い頃は普通の声でしたが仕事で喉が潰れたみたいです。

The last person whose voice was crushed was ”Gennichiro Tenryu(=天龍源一郎)”. He isn't a singer. He was a famous professional wrestler in Japan. Before Pro-wrestling, I was sumo wrestler.

Awesome! That was fun ✨✨ Japanese people are very healthy even as they age 😃! And Pink Lady ( ピンクレディー ), please look at 1976 and 2017. 40 years later, they❗️ I remember them from when I was a tiny little kid. For a time, stationery, knick-knacks, bicycles, shoes, everything was pink and had a picture of the Pink Lady on it. The girls imitated her dance moves and it was very popular💓

Yuki just passed away from peritoneal cancer at age 73. So you were right - she continued singing with power as long as her body lasted. For a female singer with a similar grit to her voice, check out Melissa Etheridge. Before her, with a little less grit but great power, Brenda Lee. But getting back to Japan: I think the most similar vocalist to Brenda in Japan is the lead singer Lucy of LazyGunsBrisky. Their best song in my opinion was Navy Star. Some other Japanese acts I like: Nemophila. Hard rock and metal although they can do anything. Lead singer Mayu can go from squalls to growls to beautiful clean vocals in an instant. Band-Maid. Lead singer Saiki has a fine range and power, but also soul. They combine genres often, mainly known for progressive hard rock. Aldious has had several singer-songwriters, beginning with Rami who leaned toward dramatic metal. Re:NO was a softer voice but interesting. Gemmie was a very good singer from Philippines who leaned somewhat pop. They did some work with Saki (formerly of Cyntia) and most recently with Maki Oyama, who is powerful. Check out anything by Maki, she is impressive! Exist-Trace is another all female band that has been around awhile and still doing cool things. They are a Visual Kei band which often includes gender bending, so most members dress in "masculine" style except Miko the lead songwriter and second guitarist. Jyou the lead singer has great power and expression in her voice. They create a wild variety of material. Gacharic Spin, or "Gachapin" is a high energy rocking act who are a bit crazy in a fun way. Their early work was with a vocalist nicknamed "Aarmy" who left and sadly passed away. They collaborated with singer Fuki as "Doll$Box" for awhile, then parted, whereupon drummer Hana was ALSO doing main vocals, now they have added a young and charming lead vocalist "Angelina 1/3" who is great. Everybody can sing when needed though. They've added another drummer Yuri who can do a different style, Hana gets to play second guitar, and sometimes still drums including drum duets with Yuri. Their music - hard rocking, mostly danceable, the most recent has a jazz-rock fusion feel. A couple of historical acts: Glim Spanky. Quirky fun band with a cool frontwoman. Started in the 1970s. Show-Ya. In the early 1980s, they set out to prove that women can rock as hard as men and not only made their point, but became a sensation, inspiring generations of Japanese girls since to aspire to play hard rock and metal music. They changed popular music and even beauty standards. Lead singer Keiko Terada was not at all "kawaii" - the childlike cuteness that was the traditional feminine ideal in Japan. She has a fairly big nose in profile and a large mouth. But she owned it - she prowled the stage like a tigress, grinned broadly and sang loudly. And within a year or so of their fame she was voted "Sexiest woman" in Japan in a poll. They can still rock. Each year they host an all female music festival, "Naon no Yaon." Okay, I'll stop here before this becomes a book. I discovered Band-Maid on my son's recommendation a few years ago and that started me exploring the world of Japanese rock which is still the largest part of my musical experience today. I'm like a child in a sweets shop looking around at all the delightful things wanting to try them all.

She past away by cancer in 22 June 2022..when docter told her about she can live only few days then she called her friends her manager whoever took care of her for say thank ..then she’s gone 😢she’s got soo big heart and she’s truly amazing women ..rip
