Sarah Moraa being paced by elder Moraa managed a PB of 1.59. a big congratulations. Starting at 2.06S in jan24. A 7sec PB is incredible !! well done. She missed African games but almost made it to the Olympics.

@@mediacare6744 she missed the ACCRA games in MAR24 where Mary won 400M race. This is the second African games where Sarah won but she did not qualify for Paris24.

Lilian run a very smart race. She has a very strong spirit of die hard,yaani kufa ngumu. She runs like Billy Konchelah who used to come from behind and win at the tape. He was really unpredictable of his running tactics. I was with him in the world championship in Athens Greece 1997 where by he won a medal for team Kenya just at the last 2metres at the tape..😅
