Am proud to be a Kenyan . I think running is in our blood
During the women's 4x1500m Kenyan women beat everyone by a whole 400meters margin. Haters started asking where Ethiopians and Americans were so that they could give Kenyans a competitive race. There you are...now you have the answer to your questions. Ethiopia has a handful good athletes. Kenya has hundreds upon hundreds.

Simply wouldn't expect anything less from a team like like that from Kenya. Well done you 4.. Now I'm not 100% sure but I think the WR for the 4x 1 mile record is held by Ireland? Eamon coghlan, Frank O'mara, Marcus O'Sullivan and I think Enda Fitzpatrick or Ray Flynn? Now all those guys at their best on 1 team back in 1985 in Dublin Ireland toois 1 Hell of a Team, but I'm sure if Kenya put together a team of their best 4 best milers they wud surely knock 2-4Sec off that record as well. So I hope someone from Kenya or Their Coach Fr Colm O'Connell a fellow Irish man see this and can some how put a 4 x 1 Mile Relay race together some day soon and try snap up that rare relay race WR Too. Add in a few more rare races like 4x110m hurdles race, 4x 100m, 200m, 300m, 400m medley race, and why not do a a 4x 300m race while I'm at it too Lol. If this gets picked up on?? Please send me on a Ticket to the Meeting wherever it may be?? I'm Sure Bolt would come out of retirement for some fun running relay event like that? Bolt on the 200m leg of the medley relay, and put him on the the 4x300m relay too, I'm sure he'd run a 31sec leg of a 300m relay leg no hassles?? Now I've put it out there wouldn't it be nice to raise some money for some good cause in the process of some good old fun running just like when we were Kidz Yo.. Thanks 4 reading n if anyone reading knows any racing promoters please suggest it to them and get help me to get there too 🇮🇪🏃♀️🏅🏃♀️🇨🇮
