Hi Tom I used to issue a form 13B notice to remedy breach to real estate agents ( this is in Queensland 25 years ago) if something was not working in the house leaky roof etcetera. They had never been given one before as they thought they only dished them out and we're very surprised it is a two-way street and that I would have the audacity to issue them with one.
