72hrs... What happens when we pack the body into a fridge and there is no-one around? When my grandmother died, I saw her about 2-3 hrs later and I KNEW the Light was not there anymore. Here were the hands that raised me and face that was teaching me it all ... But it was empty, still, hollow. My mum and aunt kept crying and I just sat, amazed, in awe for the last biggest lesson my gran ever gave me- that we leave the body and move on in a way we can feel it if we stop and WATCH. It's not meditation necessarily that stills the mind in peace. If your wrapped in selfishness, which most people are, that is why the are meditating to try to overcome that. You will only sit there and become more aware of yourself, and not His Self which can actually make you more depressed and anxious. It's a matter of Seeing and which identity reflects into you. The biblical way is by faith which expressed itself through love. Jesus Christ was the perfect example of love, which was the absence of selfishness or darkness. The way to cast out darkness is with the Truth. You have faith in the Truth about that God sees you righteous, God is not against you, all of these great and precious promises. When you do this diligently your mind will be transformed in love. The old self is put off and the new self-created by God, that we were always meant to be is put on. The problem is we have forgotten, and are already filled with lies, the basic principles of the world which keep us trapped under the frequency of the law of sin and death. The way to put your mind in a state of rest is not just by meditating in quiet, but by knowing the Truth. You come to a knowledge of Love which is an absence of self so all your problems disappear. This love produces a certain fruit and selfishness produces a certain fruit which we all know about. If you lack the qualities of the divine nature, like love, faith, virtue and knowledge, it's because you have forgotten that God has cleansed you from sin. You fall back into a state of thought where you believe that God is going to punish you. This creates fear, and fear creates thoughts that try to get you to satisfy the fear through all kinds of crazy sick things that people do. All you need do is come back to the Truth that God is not against you but loves you and it sets your mind free, put's it in rest, and you can stop sinning and acting crazy. It changes your life and you know the same love as Jesus Christ. You must be diligent in the Truth of you won't have it. In order for the strongman to be overtaken he must be bound and plundered. That takes diligence in the truth.

No I really haven't. Couple of weeks ago I watched a Lunar Eclipse. If the earth was not round there could be no lunar eclipse. But there was and the shadow that the earth cast on the moon was round. Bill makes a beautiful example of where we go when we die and I think our first stop is the Rainbow. I think the rainbow is made from the atoms of people that have recently passed away. The rain (water) falls and touches the earth, then when the rain stops the water treated with the earth's minerals and the atom of those that died, and evaporates into the Air and when the Sun (Fire) comes out produces a Rainbow, where the end of the journey lies our pot of gold (The Sun). Don't sit by the water, wait til it rains!

These are the basics and these also will be done if God permit (Hebr 6:3). These basics were originally known to those who are addressed in the letter, but as they didn't sustain because they became grown people and still did feed their soul with milk instead of solid food. Therefore now the writer will preach about the perfection to show them the goal of the journey and eventually they will understand the foundation which is the basics to survive in faith.

The scripture does not mean to get rid of the doctrines of Christ. It means that there is a next step to take to advance. You go on to the faith in the results of meditation. The forty minutes that you will not be fed and nothing will happen. It rained forty days and forty nights until Noah's Ark rested on top of the mountain, the children of Israel walked in the desert for forty years, Jesus was tempted of Satan and fasted for forty days until Satan was rebuked, Goliath presented himself for battle forty times before David eventually slew him, Jonah walked forty days to Ninivah after being spit up by the whale .... all allegorical examples of what we do in meditation. We have to keep in mind, two types of light. There is light (light bulb etc) And there is enlightenment. When light says let there be light is that for this universe and this planet only? Since light exists beyond earth on other living places. When light said let there be light, was light saying let there be enlightenment. Look at Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
