He's very good, but you haven't watched enough content creators, KZbin wide, that plays or has played this game. "FreshPopcorn" is the best Cities Skylines player/builder. Runner up will be either "Strictoaster" or "Flux." Hands down, the top 3.

Damn thats a Lot of Infrastructure for a city with 80k people. The city looks beautiful, but realistically, The City would need to have a huge Tourism backing to support this kinda infrastructure and this less of Single Family home. The Housing Cost here would be a lot, You could build a National Park near it, then it would be realistic and a source of Income. Btw Great Build

Careful when detailing the farming area. Adding trees will erase the fertile land, and you cannot recover it. Your farming plot probably have 0 output now.
