A friend of mine had an awesome record collection special printed albums that have never seen a needle never been opened thousands of records never opened, also there was a collection of Hi-Fi stereo equipment. All of this was meant to be his nestegg for his retirement. He also worked two and three jobs so he can enjoy a decent retirement. I think he was only 55 when he died. He never got close to seeing retirement days and his family probably sold everything cheap because they didn't know what it was. Very very very sad. Perhaps it could have been avoided if he had only gone to a doctor in time.

@@professord8888 I don't think there is anything malicious or criminal happening hear... This is just a clear sign of cognitive decline and mental health trauma. Film & Television have sadly demonized house suffering from mental health issues for decades, so we all just immediately jump to worst case scenarios when entering a house like this, when the honest story is far less sinister, but equally tragic. I 'm totally arm chair quarterbacking my thoughts here, but clearly something happened to the person living in this house, where they were buying years worth of toys but not taking basic care of their surroundings.

It's sad how families act after a death. Some want to cut ties like this Treasure trove. Other times it's straight up greed. Quick story.. I used to collect Good to Mint condition vintage Spray paint cans and little vintage pint size cans, especially the art deco paper labels.. Anyway I did work in a recent widow's home. In the basement was the Motherload. The all time Mother load. The husband had the most rare Rust-oleum & Krylon cans in mint condition all from the 60s-80s. Everything has a subculture. Off the bat I saw RARE colors that go for $500 easily. Like 1981's Icey Grape from Krylon. Guy had 3 of them. In total, I'd say there were an easy 200 cans and 50 little pints. I asked the widow off the bat. She laughed, and said it's old paint. Take them all. If you want to leave me a couple bucks go ahead. I went to my work van to start making room. I was ECSTATIC!! I come back, I was going to give her $150. She said sorry to give you bad news but my son called me to ask if you were all done yet with the job. Then I mentioned the cans. He said he is on his way to get them tonight. He needs them. I left. He needs them now? What a coincidence. He saw dollar signs. I'm sure he took them to an antique dealer who said they aren't worth anything. That I was a niche collector. And I'm sure the son probably threw it all in the garbage. He was probably pissed off. The sad part was the woman told me I was the first person in her home since her husband passed 2 yrs back. Her own son hadn't been there. But that day he was coming? Only after I showed interest

G i Jones dolls all sealed up and Starwars yes those dolls just kneed washing and cleaning dusting the boxes down and people will buy just the boxed as art works and few more treasure hidden all over this house 🏠 toys every were 🤣 😂 beautiful toys you paid $40.000 for the hole lots I bet the son couldn't even wait to stay for bit longer ☺️ depends on how old his mum is and proberly Can't wait to put her in a care home 🏘️ and still not see her but only all about the money 💰💰💰💰💰💰 more cash for her son bank account with all the bank 🏦 notes and I would love to own a big museum full of all those vintages antiques items and lol to book find on how much you can make on theses items I hope you had fun and took you ages to remove and bring them back home or bugs free dust free germs free alot of cleaning to do and to go through all of them 😊 you both look very happy like all your birthday's Christmas as come all at once it will take you back in time and different items how mutch they paid for them old price tags and and see the buyers who bought your items off you some of cabbages patch kids can be rare some of Thier names and hair colour boxes are fine see the dolls names they are sometimes named after famous people but have different head mould number books on them and eyes are different colours and few rare ones and the clothes and shoes yellow dummies some are from different countries and few rare hang tags on the dolls and Thier clothes.wonder what's on TV some old ones if they worked cool if not they will find a home for old types TVs every one Collette's old vintage and antique items lol have more fun finding moor toys dolls and cardboard their bedrooms are full you got Thier in time and plus not dumped all in the skips and lucky you can go inside as some houses can be damaging under the collection of toys big dolls house inside full of toys and dolls 😁 beautiful finds go get Moore 🤗

Same thing happened to me. This women had a nice ford ranger 5 speed for sale for 5k and I was wanting to buy it. It was mint, garage kept, 4x4, 2300 miles on it. She just wanted it gone. I told her I'd be back to buy it in 10 minutes. I had to go to the bank to get the money. Meanwhile her prick son comes outta nowhere and says he wants it. Who hasn't been to the home for like 4 years. I was crushed. I showed her 7500 that I was gonna give her, and she had a look of utter disgust on her face because she needed the money more than her son needed the truck. I left and done a big burnout in front of her son. I felt better a little. But not really

That is the Aurora/Monogram Tyrannosaurus model kit and the Aurora company made them in the late 70's and I am guessing one company or another bought the other company cause I am seeing these guys on eBay under different names. If it was complete you would be looking at about $75-$150. Depending on if it came with the box or just loose.
