We just saw A Christmas Carol live last night (proof of vaccination required to enter and masks required throughout, no intermission snacks). It's a tradition for us. This production was far scarier than the last few we've seen, glad our kiddo is 13 now and not as prone to night terrors. It was as ever a stern and lovely reminder to keep Christmas in our hearts all year long.

another upbeat delightful episode .You were my first podcast. I went back in lockdown and watched every episode ....Now up to speed and planning to finally join in with the new year project, a blanketalong ... fabulous .... make a change from lallygagging around at the back of the class . Thoroughly delighted they have stopped the "dislike" count .... I mean in all the choice we have why not just move on to the next. why be so mean ?? . Huge effort put in behind the scene and I am in admiration of anyone who gets it together. Happy seasonal wishes from a snowy and extremely windy Scotland .... where is that blanket .

Button for the shorter shawl is BRILLIANT! I was gifted a gorgeous triangular shawlette, but it is really small and the ends are not long enough for it to stay put. I've been gently half-knotting the ends behind my neck. I just checked though and a wee button on one tip will easily slip through the other tip as you showed! Thanks to this amazing community for sharing their genius ideas!

I change yarns by finishing the final stitch of the old colour by pulling through the final loop in the new colour. And if you finish off before starting a new colour, not sure if that is any less noticeable than what you do now

Hi Ali, just caught up with this video and really enjoyed it. I love that blanket! Can I ask you about your camera? I've just got the Sony ZV1 and not being very technical minded I thought I'd just be able to set it up and hit record (oops).
