You said it! You reap what you sow into your body! And, if you take best honest care of your health, and shoot happens, if lived a clean and healthy enough life, then what happens would not be as bad and then, not your happen. But you cannot expect to reap optimal health eating too much of junk diet, not enough proper exercises ( even if you have true limitations, find something that you can do with limitations and do it enough and properly, but don't treat the limitations worse than it actually is ), smoke, too much alcohol, drugs, including pot, then no, you are not likely to reap health later on. It only takes too much of one bad habit for you to pay for it later.....

Yes, Buddy Slade! I hear you! Loud and clear! I am 72 and I am tired a whole lot! What with congestive heart failure and some high blood pressure, bad knees and bad legs and a bad lower back! And the medication and supplements I take!!! Yes, I think the point is to dance, but this was more an advertisement for this E3 supplement! Which they’re trying to sell! And it may really work, I don’t know?! Nice dancing there, 82-year-old gal!!!! I used to be in a dance Group up in Alaska, called the Borealis Dancers!!! Yes, she can...if she has been a dancer for most of her life. People, for the most part, don't associate dance with exercise, but it's the best form of exercise available. I'm 71 and have the same legs I had at 40...and younger!

My mom at 84 had better muscle tone in her legs than i had at 40. Its called 'workinh in a factory for 25 years and coming home and cutting half an acre of grass woth a push power mower when it was needed throughout that period.' And before you ask why i didn't do it, she wouldn't let me when i was there, and lived in another state when i wasn't. Finally at 68, she hired someone to do it. But she never failed to do her leg exercises every day .
