Millionaires and Billionaires are vacating California. It's still a nice property, but available buyers are shrinking, which makes it a bad/risky investment. 4 bedroom - 4 or 6 bathrooms Only 3,600 sq ft??? Interior space description is left off on several sites for some reason. In California, tents should be a hot seller.

This is a beautiful home, but.... The developer bought this house for $9.2m in late 2018 and merely did a reno, not a complete rebuild. Somehow the developer and their agents think this is now worth $40m, which would be more than a $30m premium. That is a 400% price increase for a neighborhood where the violent crime rate has skyrocketed and the city council propose social services to LGBTQ only. There is no sidewalk (or walkable park) in sight, and it is a 30 min walk down a long, steep, sidewalkless road to get a cup of coffee, let alone much else. Anyone who touches this home for anything over $20m is out of their mind. Or stupid. You are NEVER getting your money back. Period.
