83.5 - 1.8V Displays when in ECO/SPORT Mode w/ Throttle, 1.7V Multimeter: 2023 72V Solar Eclipse 1.0

After setting the multimeter to 200 (as shown in the picture) 1.7V remained on the digital multimeter even when taking the bike out of park and testing both Sport and ECO.
