There are very few people on the earth that say the words that I can relate to and be inspired by. I don't see enough of Clint or often enough. Combined with Chris and my love of old school hockey, this episode is absolute gold. Thank you so much for this.

Blues fan here in St. Louis and was watching live in 1989 when the injury occurred-it was terrifying and shocking to watch. Grateful the right person was there to save him!

What a story! I remember Clint's accident like it was yesterday. One of the worst things i have ever seen. I had no idea about his post career struggles. Glad to see he is doing well, seems like a character.

Mikey, I'm 53 years old so I'm going to play big brother. She's out there. Your time will come. Its hard, I know--I dated a fair amount but took me till I was almost 40 to find the One. You will too, and it'll make it all worth it. One day at a time, be yourself, and maybe reach out to the Man upstairs, if you haven't already, and bring him in to the conversation. I'll pray for you. Hang in there.

Don't worry, it will work out. It'll more than likely happen when you're focusing on something other than finding her. Focus on yourself/ hobbies/ being a good person etc.

Even at rec hockey level, we try to look out for one another on the ice. Sportsmanship at all times but as competitive as we can be for old fellas. We (all rinks/leagues) police the goons that cant control themselves. just dont ask them back.

Johnson's cruel death is heartbreaking to begin with. I have heard of the Malarchuk incident but hearing that he attempted suicide brings me to tears. Im angry about what happened to Johnson. 😢 Crying is probably better.

It was not an accident. Petgrave needs to be banned for life and jailed.

At the very least it was extremely careless and reckless use of the skate. If you slow down the footage you can see players on the bench were immediately up in arms after Petgrave launched into Johnson, even before they knew he was hurt. It needs investigated, for sure.
