3:30 am in Baltimore and I am writing to thank you both for this wonderful interview. Rarely have I seen this level of intimacy, integrity, and interaction (evident on both of your parts). Healing, health, horror, humanity and humility, but also joy and wonder and...gratitude even when not sure of things. I hadn't realized how many interviews here dealt with real life issues...I came for the industry tales (Charlie McCoy?!! Can't wait...) but was very moved by the sensitive and heartfelt ways you explored a fuller look at life. Craig, I'm subscribed and will be here for more, and Oliver...just thanks for all that you shared. Demos and demon deals, apples (mini, big, and close to the tree), funk, fear, frustrations and...family. Not forgetting the successes, industrial and internal, and how there is magic, luck (+/-) and skill in rock and roll, ...thank you for those stories, too. Life is difficult for so many, and so many have separate but equal stories...But this was, to me, special enough to comment on, and I am giving thanks and praises, to both. Cheers!

Fantastic conversation! Thank you very much for this. I saw Oliver play with Rod Stewart a few times and it was the best band Rod ever had.

Hands down one of my favorite interviews. Thank you Craig and Oliver for being so open and sharing your childhood traumas. Very touching as I come from a similar background. I wanted to recommend a series of biographical books by in my opinion one of the most compelling contemporary authors Karl Ove Knausgaard “My Struggle”. Keep up your amazing work!

Craig really enjoyed this. Loved the laughs throughout. Oliver, awesome to hear your sucess story. Your musicianship, songwiting and producing skills are off the charts. Jimmy Crespo Can be argued it's a better player than Joe Perry.... the fact that you were considered for the Rod Stewart gig second to Jimmy is mind-blowing. And then you eventually got it anyway. May our Lord continue to bless you gentlemen this year!

You asked him about Anto Drinnan of the Corrs The only trouble was he never actually answered the question. He went off on a tangent and never returned to it. Anto is one of my favourite guitarists, very melodic and tasty. His various solos over the years on Queen of Hollywood are brilliant, short and to the point. He's a terrific player.

Yes, I agree @robertmacready8632 - thanks for listening 💥 🎶 🎸 ! Anto is also a great guy... had him on the show a while back: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rIeum4BvipyliKs

WOAH! I just bought a Drum Dial tuner,2 leather drumstick bags and a Tama Meronome with instructions and a statement saying that it was owned by legendary L.A. studio owner/ song writer OliverLieber, and i assum ed it was the famous Lieber/Stoiller writing team who wrote tunes for The Monkees and Neil Diamond, but his son's gear is just as awesome to have, even better he drums! I also assumed it was part of his estate sold after he died? hope he is ok, and just needed money!
