I'm a firm believer that unexpressed emotions end up seeping out of our bodies in physical disease. For whatever reason we don't give ourselves permission to express our feelings or show are imperfections. Thanks to you Eugenia my daughter is using BetterHelp. A break is well needed. And I hope you get me right when I say that I miss your old videos-themes. By that I mean the sceneri of a simple life off grid. The simple things made a huge impact on me. Like when you made coffee over a campfire near the little lake an early morning. Or when you're walking in the woods or taking a raid on your bike picking oranges. The beautiful pictures and sceneri of your land and your well spoken words about life made me feel so connected to it all, and it gave me so much joy and inspiration. Hi Eugenia, you may want to check under your mattress for mould if it isn't elevated off the ground slightly. I had a similar set up while I was renovating for a few months and was surprised to find mould on the underside when i packed up the bed. I got pretty sick in that time and it may have been related.

Try the yoga toe stretch/pose for your plantar fasciitis. It’s the pose where your toes are tucked under and you sit on your heels. It’s super intense, but helped when I had plantar fasciitis from too much running. A little goes a long way with that stretch so don’t overdo it.

I escape to a quiet room and an uplifting book or maybe a murder mystery.🤣Living in a foreign country can mean things getting confusing and this year has been a doosy. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and your Husband. BTW, I also do cold therapy in the pool in the mornings. We just came out of rainy season and the water is cold. I understand cold therapy is great for the muscles, joints and attitude.

Eugenia, with your sleep and other health issues have you looked into your hormone levels? There is bioidentical hormone therapy that may help. As a doctor you may know that as women age our progesterone and even testosterone plummets. That can greatly impact sleep and mental health. Hormone replacement therapy has helped me tremendously in my 20's and now my 40's . If there is an anti-aging doctor anywhere near they can help check your levels. Hope you feel better soon.
