Seeing it in person is a must. If it looks crazy in the video to you, I promise it’s 10x crazier in person. I went to 4 races this year because I’m so hooked They say street legal because of the tires. You also have to start it like a street legal bike & the lights have to work. Then there’s a few other things they have to keep. The rules list is extensive 😅

It takes a 1200 hp car to run with a street bike with 200 hp at the back tire, that's set up with normal height stock wheelbase. So for a 800hp bike that's slammed and stretched with a drag chassis would definitely take a 4800 hp car with 2000 pound car without driver, so if a corvette could weigh in at 2500 pounds AWD have around 5100 hp or a few more it might have a chance. I have been playing with motorcycles for over 30 years and cars close to the same. On thing that take more balls then this is the isle of man TT races. 😂

All these comments about street legal. Everyone will have their own opinion about how far they should try to bend the rules. If it's ridden on the street or driven on the street and made it to the meeting spot with tags that's good enough for me. It's all about pushing the limits and I just have respect if someone else is able to get away with bending the rules a little farther than the law should alow. There is always someone faster with more money and willing to push the limits a little farther and bend/break the rules or laws just a little more. Here, it wouldn't shock me if someone showed up to a street meet with a crazy stretched turbo busa that spends more time at the drag strip than the highway or Hooters. Some are more into racing for real than just posing as a racer. It's not that hard to find the real deal if you go to the track. There are lots of crazy cars and bikes with plates that do occasionally drive these crazy machines on the streets. Of course those pushing the limits of their machines aren't relying on them to get them to work but when it's play time some bring some fast toys out. I've been a tuner and loved modify things to make them faster since I was a child. It takes too much money to play with the big boys but it's fun seeing the toys others have and build. It's a fun and interesting scene.
