Hi Ivan do you feel any increased level of heat from the engine after making it 865cc ? Because I used to feel that the 650 itself radiates too much heat like a boiler

No I haven't noticed more heat, That depends on tune, With a good tune engine's normally run cooler than stock engine due to stock engine's running lean to pass emissions.

@Lone_wolf_31 The 865cc big bore kits really wakes these bikes up and still keeps the charm. Upgrading the tyres and suspension is a must.
