Доброго дня, теоретично подати на 866 по приїзду буде можна, на практиці питання буде, чи дадуть наприклад туристичну чи студентську візу для прибуття в Австралію, коли у людина була, хоч і відізвана, подача на 866. Може постати питання чи дійсно ця людина справді турист/студент.

Depends on country of passport. Can be months, can be several years. If there are no real protection claims, then it will be refused. So people who have no protection claims should instead look for other visa options.

This is not a requirement. But travelling to the country of persecution may result in a cancellation of a protection visa that was granted.

Hi, you are welcome. 1. After the visa application is acknowledged as valid. 2. Normally you do not get any benefits except of Medicare while you are on BVA to 866.
