It's all about contracts and agreements with the individual pianists. You need permission from them to include them... Sokolov, Zimerman and Schiff for example are all very reserved with the use of their recordings.

I like it a lot! Lots of work put into this video but, anyone who's played piano knows that the silence after a piece is just as important as the piece itself. Do not cut to another piece right away, it ruins the entire atmosphere!

I saw Pollini play Beethoven's Appasionata at Carnegie Hall. He was great! I posted a video on my KZbin channel that explains Beethoven's massive increase his capacity to process variables between his Symphony #2 and #3. This is why the Waldstein Sonata and the Appasionata Sonata are such brilliant works. I'm working on a new video about what virtuoso development is necessary for a pianist to be able to "hammer" the descending octaves as Liszt directed at the end of his famous Hungarian Rhapsody #2. This is important information for any virtuoso piano student.
